Donna Bradley, LPTA

Donna Bradley, LPTA

Donna is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She earned her Associates Degree in applied Science from Tidewater Community College in 1984. Donna is a graduate from the first program for Physical Therapy Assistants in this area. She comes to us with more than 30 years of experience as an LPTA.

Donna has worked many years with the geriatrics population in retirement facilities that offered many levels of care. She has more than 12 years of experiences working in comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facilities and Assisted Living Centers. Donna joined Dominion Physical Therapy in January of 2005.
Deborah Brown, LPTA

Deborah Brown, LPTA

Deborah is a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Virginia. Deborah received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia.

Deborah earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in St. Augustine Florida. She has experience in an outpatient hospital setting in addition to orthopedic outpatient facilities.

Deborah joined Dominion Physical Therapy February 2004.
Rasean Greene, LPTA

Rasean Greene, LPTA

Rasean has been a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the Commonwealth of Virginia as well as North Carolina since 1996. Resean’s educational background includes courses from many colleges and universities throughout Virginia. However, it was his love for human anatomy and its proper mechanics that resulted in him receiving his Associate’s Degree from Tidewater Community College. He is now continuing his matriculation through ODU in pursuit of the Doctorate of physical Therapy Degree.

Throughout his career, Rasean has been privileged to work with patients at various levels of their recovery as evidenced by his facilitation of treatment in the following settings. These settings include: pediatrics, inpatient, outpatient, skilled nursing facilities, correctional facilities, school systems, military clinics and home health.

Rasean is dedicated to providing the most effective and evidenced based treatments to his patients. He is aware of the importance of continuing education within the rehab setting, thus he has attended the following conferences and received additional certifications in the specialized techniques as noted below:
  • Apophyseal and Growth Plate Injuries in Child Athletes
  • ACL Injuries in Female Athletes
  • Advanced Treatments of Knee and Shoulder Injuries
  • Certified Weight Trainer
  • Certified in Active Release Technique
Damien Harvey, LPTA

Damien Harvey, LPTA

Damien is a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He began his education at Norfolk State University where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science and Biology. Damien also was able to continue his education at Tidewater Community College to pursue an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Physical Therapy.

When not providing patients with the best care using a wide range of treatments, Damien also volunteers with Norfolk Parks and Recreation as a youth basketball coach and mentors for at risk youth. He also gives back to his community as a philanthropist ensuring children receive summer activities at the park and back to school supplies to ensure proper educational materials are provided. Damien’s vision is to assist people with the right tools in order to succeed.
Louise E. Jefferson, PT, DPT

Louise E. Jefferson, PT, DPT

Louise is a Licensed Physical Therapist in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, in Biology/Pre-Medicine from Elizabeth State University in May of 1996. Thereafter, she pursued her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University and received it in August of 1999. Louise earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in January of 2017.

Louise has had experience in a variety of physical therapy settings including Pediatrics, School settings, Outpatient Orthopedics, Inpatient Rehabilitation, and Home Health Care.

Louise’s clinical affiliations were at the following sites: Riverside Regional Medical Center – Hospital Based/Acute Care, Riverside Rehabilitation Institute – rehabilitation/Inpatient facility, and Dianne D. Epplein & Associates, Inc., a Pediatric facility. She is a current member of the Tidewater Physical Therapy Association. She joined Dominion Physical Therapy in January of 2000.

Louise is the Clinical Director of the Denbigh office. Her physical therapy intervention focuses on manual therapy skills, to include but not limited to, myofascial release, kinesiotaping, muscle energy techniques and joint mobilizations. These skills have been supported by a myriad of evidence-based instructional conferences that she has attended over the years. Louise’s occupational joy is for patient care to result in rehabilitative restoration and wellness, as well as developing amicable connections with the patients.

Louise is originally from the Netherlands, and is conversant in Dutch and German. She has been married for 13 years, and has 2 daughters and 1 son.
Gail B. Jones, LPTA

Gail B. Jones, LPTA

Gail is a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the Commonwealth of Virginia. She earned an Associate degree from Tidewater Community College in Applied Science-Physical Therapy Assistant in 1994 and a Bachelor of Science degree from Alabama A & M University in Computer Science in 1985.

Gail is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Tidewater Chapter of Smart Set, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She has been working for Dominion Physical Therapy since 1993.
S. Chris Owens, PT

S. Chris Owens PT, ScD, OCS, CSCS, FAAOMPT 

S. Chris Owens has over 20 years’ experience treating patients with musculoskeletal disorders. Dr. Owens was recognized in 1998 by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a certified strength and conditioning specialist. In 2006, he became board certified clinical specialist in orthopedics, and was accepted as fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. 

Dr. Owens has published many peer-review articles and presented his distinguished research at conferences in the area of orthopedic manual physical therapy. He has offered continuing education instruction nationally for physical therapists in the area orthopedic manual physical therapy for 15 years. Dr. Owens has taught musculoskeletal management, including the lumbar spine in the Hampton University Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. He obtained his Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Connecticut and his Doctorate in Science from Texas Tech University Health Science Center. 


Monica Riggins, LPTA

Monica Riggins, LPTA

Monica Riggins is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Monica received her Associates of Applied Science in Physical Therapy at the Medical Careers Institute in Newport News and her Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg. Monica also has certifications in Sacroiliac Mobilization and Functional Strength Training.

Monica’s clinical experience includes Skilled Nursing and Outpatient Physical Therapy. She became a member of the Dominion Physical Therapy team in May 2013.
Clarence Tucker, MPT

Clarence Tucker, MPT

Clarence graduated from Moreno Valley High School in Moreno Valley, Ca with honors in 1991. He graduated from Norfolk State University with Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and Kinesiotherapy in 1996 with honors. Graduated from Old Dominion University in 1999 with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and Biomechanics in 1999.

Mr. Tucker’s clinical expertise is in manual therapy. His past work history is as follows, clinical director and lead physical therapist at Dominion Physical Therapy’s Denbigh office from 1999-2004. Clinical Coordinator at The Transitional Care Center at Depaul Medical Center from 2004-2005. Co-Owner of Therapy-One Rehabilitation in Norfolk, Va from 2005-2008. Contract Physical therapist with Ambassador Rehabilitation and RehabCare from 2008-2012. Clinical Director and lead physical therapist for Dominion Physical Therapy’s south side locations presently.

Clarence is a very active and a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. since 1994.
Greg Lambert, LPTA

Greg Lambert, LPTA

Greg is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Greg received his Associates of Applied Science in Physical Therapy at Riverside College of Health Careers in Newport News. He also has an Associates of Applied Science in Health and Nutrition Science from the Community College of the Air Force. Greg’s clinical experience includes Outpatient Physical Therapy, Home Health Therapy and Skilled Nursing. Greg retired from the United States Air Force after a proud 21-year career. 
Greg’s current skillset including kinesio-taping, Graston therapy and cupping therapy. He is always looking to improve his therapy techniques, pursuing continued education in McKenzie technique and advanced treatment of knee and shoulder injuries. Greg has been with Dominion for 2 years, joining in May 2018. 
Keyuri Shah

Keyuri Shah 

Keyuri Shah , LPT attended physical therapy school at S.B.B. College of physical therapy, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, India where she completed her Bachelor's and Master's degree in physical therapy with rotating internship and 4 years of work experience in musculoskeletal, pediatric, neurological and cardiovascular conditions. 
She is Licensed Physical Therapist in commonwealth of Virginia and working with Dominion Physical Therapy and Associates from May 2019. She is well experienced in diagnosing and treating varieties of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions with manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education techniques and ergonomic advices with home exercise programs and self care instructions. Her main goal to make patient to reach maximum prior level of function with Physical Therapy services.
